Request a quote on the website
- Choose your item and add all your customization requests (quantity, colors, logo, text, desired date, etc.).
- Send your quote request via the online form.
Receipt of the personalized quote
- The Your Brand Gift team analyzes your request and sends you a detailed quote by email.
Quote approval and payment
- If you are happy with the quote, you confirm it by email .
- You then make the bank transfer corresponding to the amount indicated.
Sending the proof (BAT - Bon à Tirer)
- Once payment is received, we will send you the BAT , i.e. the mock-up of your personalized product, for final validation.
Validation of the BAT
- You carefully check the product image.
- After your approval of the proof, production is immediately launched .
  ⚠️ Warning: after this step, no changes are possible , as manufacturing begins as soon as validation is complete.
Production and shipping
- Your order is produced quickly and checked before shipment.
- You will receive your packages at the address provided, as soon as possible .

Volume discounts : orders of fewer than 5 pieces do not benefit from volume discounts.

We strive to deliver the majority of personalized orders (with marking or printing) within 13 to 16 working days .
Working days are Monday to Friday , excluding public holidays.
The deadlines begin after validation of the Proof (BAT) and receipt of payment .
Delivery in mainland France (excluding Corsica) .
⚠️ We do not process items without marking or printing . Each order must include personalization.

💰 Transportation costs

Standard delivery : free for regular orders.

Exceptions :
- Sample orders
- Large quantity orders requiring pallet delivery
In these cases, shipping costs will be calculated based on volume and destination .
